A deposit of $50 for facial therapies & $100 for permanent makeup service is required to secure your appointment. Please note that these deposits are non refundable, but they can be transferred if you need to reschedule your appointment one time, provided you do so at least a week before your original appointment date. The deposit will be applied toward the final cost of your procedure
A one week notice is required to reschedule your appointment. If you decide to cancel your appointment, your deposit will be automatically forfeited.
The NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be applied towards the final cost of your procedure and is required when booking to secure your slot. Appointments are made on a first come, first serve basis.
The remaining balance is due immediately on the day of your initial procedure appointment.
We understand that sometimes plans change, and we strive to accommodate our clients as best as we can. However, to ensure fairness and maintain our scheduling integrity, we have established the following guidelines:
For any appointments rescheduled or cancelled within less than one week of the scheduled time, or if a client is a no-show, the deposit will be forfeited. We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and we appreciate your understanding in this matter.
Please contact us if you are going to be late. We understand unforeseen events may happen. Being late over 10 minutes may result in a forfeit of your depositand cancellation of your appointment.
Virun Aesthetics does not issue any refunds under any circumstances.
We accept CASH, all types of credit cards: Visa/MC Discover/Amex, PayPal or Venmo. We DO NOT accept Checks or virtual credit cards.
We value our client’s time. We do not want any of our clients time to be wasted waiting for their service to resume. As a result, we provide services only by appointments. We take great pride in being very meticulous about our client’s appointments.
